We had a fantastic time at our Villa! Wow! Nik made the process very easy, and the website does not do the view, the team, or the entire experience justice. I highly recommend using Cabo Villas! The only feedback I have is that I was slightly confused by “gratuity” versus the extra 16% service fees that are added to every single thing, so once we were down there I felt like the crew was asking for more and I thought I had already paid service fees, and I had tipped in cash throughout the weekend (it was awkward). Basically, be sure to ask about that ahead of time (they absolutely deserve gratuity but the asking my guests for more was not my favorite). The villa also does not have an address, so travel as a group and remember to tell the taxi drivers it is in Pedregal. Other than that, fantastic stay! Thank you, Nik!

The Pedregal is the “Beverly Hills” of private residential gated communities in Cabo San Lucas.
